Matt Blaylock

Matt Blaylock is the co-host of A Real Piece of Work and founder of Cold Penny Marketing, a marketing agency focused on connecting brands with charitable causes and building brand loyalty. Prior to his entrepreneurial venture, he spent 20 years in marketing at John Deere, where his expertise spanned global product launches and high-profile sponsorships. As a recipient of the Evans Scholarship, a full college scholarship for youth caddies, Matt now volunteers as a Director with the Western Golf Association building youth caddie programs at Davenport Country Club and works with University of Iowa Evans Scholars. He also volunteers with Farm Rescue helping farm families in crisis and assists displaced workers in finding their next career opportunities. Matt's work today centers on creating partnerships that deliver both business results and community impact.
