Bob Vogelbaugh is organizing a 4th, drive-through turkey dinner with all the fixings. With the help of Hy-Vee, MetroLink, and SouthPark Mall, he usually serves around 3,000 people. The first drive-through dinner was in 2020 due to the pandemic.
Vogelbaugh relies on donations to pay for the meals. The mailing address is Mr. Thanksgiving, 3704 26th Street, Moline, 61265. Or donate at any local Hy-Vee.
Everyone is welcome to come by the mall in Moline to pick up a free Thanksgiving meal on Thursday, November 23rd from 4 to 6 PM.
Those who don't have transportation should make a reservation with Metrolink by noon on Monday, November 20th. The number is 309.788.3360.
