The Empowerment Center, located at 513 17th Street in Rock Island, is offering free diapers and period supplies for families in need. The YWCA Empowerment Center contains a food pantry, clothing closet, and on-site laundry service. The center is open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays. -
