We pull out all the stops for this dazzling full-stage production: a cast of 60, falling snow, colorful sets, and our sparkling Sugar Plum Fairy. Using recycled and found materials students will create a personalized book called a junk journal. This art journaling technique incorporates collage and story-telling through ephemera (anything from scraps of pretty papers, old magazines and envelopes to personal photos and memorabilia. There are no rules!). This one-of-a-kind, eclectic book will provide an outlet for creative expression, self-awareness, memory-keeping, and relaxation.
