At 7 PM - 8:15 PM, unwind with Strip Away the Noise, an Ecdysiast Sound Bath with Sarah Skiles of Uplifted Energies, an immersive sound bath experience designed to quiet the mind and soothe the nervous system.

Despite the name (and the venue 😉), no clothing will be removed—the only things being stripped away are mental clutter, stress, and everyday noise. Come fully clothed, get comfortable, and let the sound do the rest.
