In a release, the Scott County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded to a car crash near the entrance to the Mount Joy Airport. While investigating the accident, they found a dead woman in Park View.
The police arrested the driver, Christopher Behal of Park View, after he was treated for his injuries at a hospital. He's accused of first degree murder and was booked into the Scott County Jail.
The sheriff's office is investigating and says no other information is available at this time.
