The department says Luis Gonzalez is Hispanic, six feet tall, 220 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He also suffers from autism. Police say Gonzalez was last seen Monday night around 7:45 when he left the YWCA in the 200 block of 16th Street in Rock Island. He was wearing a black coat with hood, a black "Kings" Jersey, gray pants, and gray and black tennis shoes. Video also shows him on 20th Street and 3rd Avenue, walking to the north.
