Dinkins is charged with kidnapping and killing Breasia Terrell in July of 2020. Her remains were not found until March of 2021, in a pond in Clinton County.
He's pleaded not guilty to first degree kidnapping and first degree murder.
Another hearing is scheduled for next week.
