A man with experience working in the Quad Cities will soon begin working in Galesburg. The city has hired Ryan Berger to be Director of Community Development.
Berger has over 11 years of professional experience in community and economic development, including serving as the Land Development Manager for the City of Moline, Planning and Redevelopment Administrator for Rock Island, and the Community Development Director for the City of Groveland, Florida.
Berger is expected to start his new job in Galesburg late next month.
