One of the Democrats running for president will campaign in eastern Iowa this weekend.
On Friday, Maryland Congressman John Delaney will start in DeWittt and hold a meet-and-greet with Clinton County Democrats at the Sunrise Cafe, at 9 am. Then he'll travel to Tipton to meet with Democrats in Cedar County at 11 am at the D'Alicias Cupcakery and Cafe.
Delaney will end the day with a presentation in Davenport entitled "America 2030." It'll be held at the River Music Experience at 6:30 pm.
His Saturday stops will include Cedar Rapids and Des Moines to open campaign offices.
