Doug Cropper, President and CEO of Genesis Health System, says one mayor in South Dakota told people to act as if they already have COVID-19.

And Cropper thinks that's an excellent idea to try and turn this around.

The number of COVID deaths in Scott and Rock Island counties has reached 160. Bob Erickson, President and CEO of Unity Point Health Trinity, says the mortality rate is 9-10% for patients who end up in the hospital with the disease.
