Local governments, health care providers, businesses, and others are renewing efforts to slow the spread of COVID-19 in the Quad Cities.
Dave Donovan, from the Scott County Emergency Management Agency, says the coalition started the Together QC campaign in March.
But now, he says more people need to hear the prevention messages and act on them, including social distancing, hand hygiene, and wearing masks.
Part of the renewed push includes asking people to take the QC Welcome Promise, a commitment to help the economy reopen safely by following CDC guidelines.
