Starting Friday, people who live and work in Bettendorf will have increased access to traveling over, and under, the new I-74 Mississippi River Bridge.

The virtual reality program has been available at the Moline library since February. But now it's crossed the river and will re-open at the library in Bettendorf.

The Iowa Department of Transportation hired an agency at Iowa State University to create the interactive experience.

The I-74 bridge virtual reality program will be available during regular hours at the Bettendorf library, from Friday through the end of the year.
