Free art supplies at our Studio Exchange Community Swap! All shoppers welcome, donation not required. If you do have gently used art or craft supplies to donate, bring them to any Rock Island Public Library from September 14 to 24. Donations also accepted at the event. All attendees can shop the swap and take items home for free. Try out a new craft or stock a classroom - free!
