With an expected turn out being between five and ten thousand concert goers, the Quad City Symphony Orchestra has added wand screening, and bag and cooler checks.

"We're just implementing industry standard security measures that any large scale outdoor concert would have. Similar to what you would have to go through to get into something like Lollapalooza or an outdoor venue like that."
The list of prohibited items includes firearms, non-service animals, and smoking and vaping. There will still be two entrances into LeClaire Park, from Ripley and Harrison Streets.
This year's Riverfront Pops, "A Symphonic Celebration of the Music of Elton John" will be held Saturday night at 7:30 pm.
