Today, Kerri Tompkins annouced she will run for reelection. She was sworn in as auditor in June of 2021.

In a news release, Tompkins says she's run nine elections and previously served three terms on the Davenport City Council.
“I am honored to be asked to serve our community, and grateful to be elected in this role," Tompkins said. "I have made numerous improvements throughout the office to increase efficiency, but there are still tasks and projects I would like to complete. Therefore, I am hopeful to continue in this role and ask for your support.”
Tompkins has over 20 years of management experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors.
Election day is November 5th of this year.
