The Bi-State Regional Commission says the bridge will close to vehicles while the Rock Island Arsenal constructs a roundabout on the Davenport side. The project at 2nd and LeClaire Streets will take about four months.
The bridge will remain open to pedestrians and bikers. It's set to reopen in mid-July.
