Patty Viverito, MVC Senior Associate Commissioner, says overwhelming support from Visit Quad Cities, the TaxSlayer Center, local fans, and governments makes a great partnership.

Usually, attendance for the Valley's women's basketball championship totals up to 8,000 people. But this year, Illinois COVID-19 restrictions limit the number of spectators to only 50, and those seats have been given to players' families.

Missouri State beat Southern Illinois this morning, and Bradley defeated Northern Iowa this afternoon.

Tonight, Valparaiso faces Drake at 5 pm, then Illinois State takes on Loyola at 8 pm.

After two semifinal games on Saturday afternoon, the championship game is set for Sunday at 2 pm.
