Augustana College is preparing to honor this year's retirees.
They come from all over campus, from the Psychology and English departments to the Library and Building Services. Combined, the ten represent more than 250 years of service to the college.
Augustana's 2019 Retirement Celebration will be Wednesday, April 24th at 3 pm in the college's Gerber Center.
Those being honored include: Danny Barnes in Mechanical Facilities, Sally Cobert and Connie Ghinazzi in the Library, Bill Fineran and Pam Gaylor in Building Services, Ruth Ann Johnson in the Psychology department, Leslie Scharer in Dining Services, Marsha Smith in Sociology, Michael Tendall in Student Counseling, and Karin Youngberg in the English department.
