The City of Muscatine is telling residents to leave their recycling bins out after Republic Service announced it did not finish its Thursday route.
In a press release sent to WVIK, the city says the recycling crews will be out again Friday morning from Lucas to Fulliam, the south side of Houser and the additions off of Houser.
The delay will not stop Republic Service with its regular Friday route.
The city and Republic Service say they apologize to residents for this inconvenience.
