The Arsenal Public Affairs office sent a press release Thursday morning stating minor construction delays in the traffic circle on the Davenport Side of the Government Bridge.
They expect to complete work and open the bridge for vehicle traffic by August 2nd.
The release also says walkers and bikers can now utilize the bridge when it's in the closed position.
