The Rock Island library wants to know what residents think about how its handling services during the pandemic, and what they want in the future.
The library will hold two online meetings as the board and employees update the current strategic plan, which runs through 2022.
Director Angela Campbell says, "To say that 2020 hasn't gone as planned is an understatement." Patrons' needs have changed dramatically, and the library needs feedback to help it respond.
The first Zoom meeting will be held Tuesday at 6 pm, and the second is set for Friday at 10:30 am.
