The senior commander on Arsenal Island will attend Friday's baseball game in Chicago between the Cubs and Milwaukee Brewers but not just to watch. Major General Edward Daly, commanding general of the Army Sustainment Command, will throw out the first pitch.
He'll also be "recognized" in the 4th inning.
ASC says Daly's appearance at Wrigley Field is part of an initiative called "Meet Your Army," which sends senior leaders to major events across the country talk about the importance of the Army.
