East Moline Police Department
East Moline police are asking the public for help with a shooting investigation. Around 2:00 A.M. today, someone reported the shooting, and officers found a man in the 1300 block of 10th Avenue. He had been shot twice in the back and was taken to a hospital. But officers say his injuries are not life-threatening.
The shooting may be related to an argument between the man and someone he knew. Detectives and other officers are interviewing witnesses and gathering information.
