Trial is now set for October for a Rock Island teenager accused of murder. Tuesday morning, 19 year old Trey Gustafson pleaded not guilty during his arraignment, in Rock Island County circuit court.
Gustafson is one of three people accused of the fatal shooting of 15 year old Jescie Armstrong, at a home in Rock Island on April 27th.
The others are 18 year old Kire Carr and 21 year old Chelsea Raker - both are also charged with first degree murder.
Bond for Gustafson is 1 million dollars.
