Race for Mayor of Davenport: Gluba vs. Klipsch

One of the key races on tomorrow's ballot is for mayor of Davenport. Newcomer and former CEO of the Scott County Family Y, Frank Klipsch, is challenging four-term Mayor Bill Gluba.
WVIK's Sarah Ritter reports.
Polls will be open from 7 am to 8 pm in most of Scott County, but only from noon to 8 pm in some of the smaller towns.
