Residents have another chance to hear from candidates running for office in Scott County this week. Thursday morning, the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce will hold a forum for candidates running for Scott County Board and Sheriff.
Four candidates are hoping to fill two seats on the county board-- Ken Beck, Jane Duax, Tony Knobbe, and Scott Tunnicliff. The candidates running for Scott County Sheriff are Tim Lane and Pete Bawden.
The Scott County Board and Sheriff Candidates Forum will be held Thursday, September 29, from 7:30 to 9 am, at the Hilton Garden hotel in Bettendorf.
