Restaurants, hotels, gas stations, and local economies will suffer for several years because Illinois doesn't have a budget. On Wednesday in Moline, officials from the Quad Cities Convention and Visitors Bureau, members of the Illinois and Iowa restaurant associations, and others met to highlight the effects of the problem.
