Two weeks after their superintendent announced his resignation, the Moline School Board has chosen a replacement. Monday night, the board chose the assistant superintendent for human resources, Lanty McGuire, to serve as interim superintendent.
Board president, Justin Anderson, says he'll serve for one year, starting July lst.
Anderson says the board will probably decide by the fall what process to use in finding a permanent superintendent.
