Students will have to pay more to attend Augustana College next fall. Yesterday, the school in Rock Island announced the total cost will rise by 3.3 percent, to 48,212 dollars.
That's an increase of 514 dollars per term. It includes tuition, fees, housing, and a full meal plan for the 2015-2016 school year.
Augustana says the early announcement is an effort to give students and parents more time to plan for next year.
