Trigger Interactive Receives IEDA Loan

Trigger Interactive, LLC

A new company in Le Claire will get help from the state of Iowa to develop its products. Trigger Interactive will use the $25,000 loan to pay for product and consumer testing.

The company is developing an Attachable Interactive Modular Shooting System, also known as AIMSS. CEO Tyler Brockel says it is a wireless system for target shooting. Smart attachments on the target will show the shooter when to shoot and how accurate they’ve been.

“If you have multiple smart target attachments paired together within a system, they’ll communicate with each other through an app which controls the system to orchestrate complex and dynamic shooting scenarios, games and drills.”

Brockel says the loan is an important step for his company to eventually bring jobs to Iowa.

“We’re projecting hiring about six people prior to product launch, and we’re projecting another 10 to 12 people being hired within our first three years of operation.”

The modular shooting system is expected to be available by late spring or early summer of next year. You can learn more about AIMSS at triggerinteractive.com.
