QUAD CITY AUDUBON SOCIETY INVITES YOU ON A FREE
PUBLIC FIELD TRIP TO RAPIDS CITY & SPRING LAKE, IL THIS NOVEMBER.

Join us as we track the final wave of puddle duck migration and the near peak of diving duck movement. Recent warm autumns have delayed migration—diving ducks remain scarce, and puddle ducks are concentrated in fewer locations. This year’s weather appears to follow that trend, making each sighting more meaningful.

️Route & Viewing Zones:

We’ll travel from Rapids City to Spring Lake, IL, stopping at key waterfowl habitats along the way. Expect a full day of birding and observation!
