"Mayor Pete" will campaign in Iowa this weekend, including two stops in the eastern part of the state. Pete Buttigieg is the mayor of South Bend Indiana, and also one of the many Democrats competing for next year's presidential nomination.
He'll make two stops Friday in central Iowa, then Saturday afternoon hold a town hall meeting in Iowa City at 1 pm at the Wildwood Smokehouse and Saloon, followed by a meet-and-greet event at 4 in Dubuque at the 7 Hills Brewing Company.
This will be his second trip to Iowa since announcing his candidacy for president one month ago, and the fourth visit to the state this year.
