Delaney Opens QC Campaign Office

Delaney 2020

Democratic presidential candidate John Delaney will campaign in Iowa this weekend, including stops in Dubuque and the Quad Cities. The former congressman from Maryland is making his 26th trip to the state, including the opening of his 7th and 8th campaign offices.

On Saturday, Delaney will travel to Rockwell City, Storm Lake, and Iowa Falls, with stops on Sunday in Dubuque, Davenport, and Iowa City.

Sunday at noon, he'll celebrate the opening of a new campaign office in Dubuque, at 1735 Central Avenue. Then open an office in Davenport at 3 pm - it's located at 2720 West Locust Street.

Delaney will end his Iowa trip with a meet and greet in Iowa City Sunday night.

A native of Detroit, Herb Trix began his radio career as a country-western disc jockey in Roswell, New Mexico (“KRSY, your superkicker in the Pecos Valley”), in 1978. After a stint at an oldies station in Topeka, Kansas (imagine getting paid to play “Louie Louie” and “Great Balls of Fire”), he wormed his way into news, first in Topeka, and then in Freeport Illinois.
