Around a hundred years ago, Frank Lundahl was not known for painting everyday life in the Quad Cities area. Instead, the Moline artist made a living painting interior murals in churches, theaters, and libraries. Now, an exhibit features a collection of paintings Lundahl created for himself.
On today's WVIK News Focus, Michelle O'Neill spends a few minutes with Claire Kovacs, the art museum director at Augustana College, to talk about "A Place Called Home: Frank Lundahl and the Quad Cities." It'll be on display through February 12th.
