During the entire month of July, the Figge Art Museum will have free admission. Sponsored by Cal and Jill Werner, visitors will have free admission to the Figge's permanent galleries, as well as see the traveling exhibitions.
On Wednesdays, visitors will be able to partake in free one-hour learning sessions led by Outreach educators. These sessions are for people of all ages and are offered every Wednesday at 10 am and again at 2 pm.
In selected galleries, the museum will have a trained docent talk on Tuesdays and Fridays about books, objects, gallery games, and new information on exploring the exhibition.
On July 18th, Walter Wick, a part of one of the museum's temporary exhibitions, will give a talk about his pieces and on July 25th, there will be a free tour of his exhibition. Both of the events are a part of the Thursday night programs.
