Foundation President Rafael Estrada says it has a network of ambassadors who help distribute the food to working families, single moms, senior citizens, veterans, and other groups in need.
"We deliver to other pantries like the Geneseo-Atkinson pantry. We also provide them some food, and then they have their recipients that come to their facilities to pick up some of the food."
The Estrada Global Foundation also works with the Defenders of Freedom in Galesburg to provide food relief to veterans.
The organization also has volunteers in Costa Rica and Spain who prepare and deliver food packages to help local refugees.
Estrada is an Augustana College graduate. He has also testified to the U.S Congress regarding human rights violations in Central America.
