Saturday night, around 11:45 pm, officers responded to a report of shots fired at the Deerfield Woods Apartment complex on 51st Avenue in East Moline.
Officers found 22-year old Michael Robinson, unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds. The Davenport man was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
In a release, officials say a suspect was soon identified as 21-year old Jarquez Robertson. On Sunday, he was arrested in Huntsville, Alabama. The Alabama man is being held there, until he can be extradited to the Rock Island County Jail.
