Lemon says the environment was too good to leave. “I've been here for a long time. We have a wonderful staff. We have a wonderful organization. And when the opportunity was presented to me, it was just something that I couldn't pass up, even at this stage in my career.”
Lemon has over 44 years of experience in various positions, including teller, Assistant Branch Manager, Loan Manager, and Senior Vice President.
