American Red Cross and Salvation Army offer potable water and cleanup kits this week

Starting today, Monday, July 22, Iowa residents affected by flooding and last week's derecho can grab a flood cleanup kit and potable water.

The American Red Cross and Salvation Army is holding distribution centers today, Wednesday and Friday at two locations from 3 to 5 p.m.

Residents can travel to the Former Pleasant Valley Fire Station building at 24495 Valley Dr. Bettendorf, Iowa 52722, or to the Westside Assembly Church at 3908 W. River Drive, Davenport, Iowa 52802.

Iowans can contact the Scott County Emergency Management at 563-484-3050.
