After being arrested for drunk driving, Lee County, Illinois' States Attorney is taking a leave of absence. Following a public apology earlier this week, Anna Sacco-Miller says she will not run for re-election and does not know if she'll resign or not.
On Sunday morning, 48-year-old Sacco-Miller was charged with DUI after crashing into a parked vehicle. The next day, she issued a public apology, and will now take a 30-day leave of absence.
