Rock Island County's new administrator has his work cut out for him. Dave Ross has been working to cut costs and find a way to pay for expanding the Justice Center. That's because the courthouse is in sorry shape after years of neglect.
The pace should pick up even more now that a Henry County judge has ruled that the county's Public Building Commission can proceed with the plan.
