Living Well With Arthritis

May is Arthritis Awareness Month — a time to learn not just about the prevalence of arthritis, which affects about one in four adults in the U.S., but also about diet and exercise habits that can enhance the quality of life for those living with any one of the more than 100 types of arthritis. Kristin Bogdonas believes that everyone deserves access to fresh, affordable food and is committed to helping people improve their health literacy. In this digital age it can be difficult to decipher what nutrition information is accurate and what is hype. Each dimension impacting the next.
