Let's read the Teen All Iowa Reads book, Strong Like You by T.L. Simpson, together! Immediately after our book club discussion, we will virtually attend a Q&A with the author and other Iowans across the state.

Teens only (ages 11-19.) Registration is not required to attend the book discussion; however, free copies of the book + extras will be given to teens who register for the book club.

Books will be available for pickup at the Davenport Public Library at Eastern & Fairmount beginning on Monday, June 1st.

Registrants can email Claire (ctrimble@davenportlibrary.com) if they would like their book + extras sent to another library location for pickup

Book Synopsis:

"Walker Lauderdale hasn’t cried once since his daddy went missing. And even though everyone says he’s dead, Walker won’t give up hope.
