High School Paper Mache Masquerade

High School Paper Mache Masquerade

Instructor: Zoë Couvillion
Age: High School Students

As spooky-season gets nearer, so does the need for a unique costume… something Spirit Halloween just WON’T have… something you’ll make from scratch! Fly over to Bluff Strokes Art Center to start building a hat, mask, or headpiece from upcycled materials and paper mâché. No previous experience with art or sculpture is required. When the workshop is finished, you’ll have the sturdy structure of your costume ready to bring home and decorate, with JUST enough time to spare before Halloween!

Be sure to wear an outfit you’re OK getting messy in.

If you want, bring any cardboard, clean plastic containers, textured materials, and/or fabric you’re comfortable using for the project.
