The fraternal benefit society has announced Zarifa Reynolds will become President and CEO early next month.
Reynold previously worked for Guardian Life Insurance Company where she led a team focused on supporting small businesses. She hopes to lead Royal Neighbors in digital innovation and customer service improvement, plus diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Reynolds attended Brown University, Oxford University, and Harvard Law School.
Her first day at Royal Neighbors will be January 9th.
Last winter, Curt Zeck began serving as interim when former President and CEO Cynthia Tidwell announced her retirement after 17 years as head of the fraternal benefit society.
