On August 25th at the Rhythm City Casino, the Quad Cities Interfaith will host its 2nd annual fundraising event. The proceeds from the event will go towards training and solving issues within the community.
The Quad Cities Interfaith is a nonprofit combined with congregations and social groups that try to solve community issues. Currently, the QCI is working on a community I.D. for Davenport and a community tenants alliance for the Quad Cities.
Everyone is welcome to come to the event. The event starts with a cocktail hour at 5:30, including a live butterfly encounter, a raffle, and a meal later in the evening. The banquet will also feature Susanne and Dr. Arthur Pitz, authors of 'How to Change the World Two Feet at a Time- Lessons from the Life of Father Marvin Mottet.'
Individual tickets are $65 and a whole table is $585. Both are available for purchase on the QCI's websites and Facebook page.
