It will be held Friday at Memorial Field on Arsenal Island. The game was cancelled last year because of the pandemic.
Darryl Howlett, from First Army, says "a good old fashioned hard fought, trash-talking, football game between the Army and the Navy is just what the Arsenal and the community needs."
The Army team is made up of fifteen soldiers from four agencies including First Army. While the Navy team has fifteen Sailors and Marines from the Navy Reserve Center.
Admission is free, and kick-off is at noon on Friday.
