LivWell Partner Relations Director Erica Schroeder-Cerda speaks with WVIK News about the organization's services and its plans to assist the community after the Center for Active Seniors Inc. had to cut its Jane's Place Adult Day Services and community-based senior advocacy program due to budget shortfalls.

Leadership & Impact in Senior Care

  • Founded LivWell Seniors in 2012 to provide concierge-style senior care navigation, assisting families in finding the right resources without stress or sales pressure.
  • Helped more than 564 families in 2024 connect with senior care resources, including placing 114 seniors in senior living communities.
  • Established LivWell Cares in 2017, a nonprofit organization ensuring Medicaid recipients and seniors needing nursing home care receive free, high-quality senior resource guidance.
  • Led LivWell Cares to serve 687 low-income seniors in 2024, coordinating essential services.
