This week, Sept. 9th through the 12th, the Dubuque Jule blue line is using an alternate route as Locust Street between 7th Street and 8th Street is closed.
The 9th and Main stop #1015 is closed until Thursday (Sept. 12) until 5:00 p.m.
For those who use the Hill/Mercy/Loras blue weekday route, please use Bluff Street and 11th Street #4022 or Locust Street and 6th Street #1008.
